  1. 1 kg pechuga de pollo
  2. 7 dientes ajo
  3. 5 pzas cebollas medianas
  4. 1/2 kg jitomate
  5. 1 lata chiles chipotles
  6. c/n agua para poner a cocer las pechugas
  7. 4 hojitas laurel
  8. 1 cubito sazonador de pollo
  9. al gusto sal
  10. 1/2 cucharada cafetera pimienta molida
  11. c/n aceite

  1. En una olla ponemos a calentar agua, le ponemos cuatro dientes de ajo, sal al gusto, la tapamos y esperamos a que suelte el hervor a flama alta.
  2. En lo que se calienta el agua lavamos con abundante agua la pechuga.
  3. Ya que a empezado a hervir el agua le ponemos la pechuga, la tapamos y esperamos a que vuelva a soltar el hervor para bajarle a la flama.
  4. Una vez que soltó el hervor le bajamos a la flama, la volvemos a tapar y esperamos a que se cosa la pechuga por 30 min apróximadamente.
  5. Después de media hora revisamos la pechuga y si ya está lista le apagamos, la sacamos del caldo y ponemos en un bowl amplio para dejar que se temple.
  6. Ya que está templada la desmenuzamos un poquito gruesa y la reservamos.
  7. Rebanamos nuestra cebolla y reservamos sólo un cuartito de una cebolla entera para molerla.
  8. En una cazuela amplia agregamos un chorrito de aceite y lo dejamos calentar.
  9. Ya que calentó le agregamos la cebolla, le ponemos el cubito sazonador desmoronado, le ponemos también las cuatro hojitas de laurel previamente lavadas y la media cucharada de pimienta molida.
  10. En lo que se sofríe la cebolla, en la licuadora agregamos los 3 dientes de ajo, el pedacito de cebolla que reservamos, los jitomates, los chiles chipotle al gusto, media taza del caldo de la pechuga y molemos.
  11. Ya que nuestra cebolla está transparente le agregamos la salsa y dejamos a que suelte el hervor a flama alta.
  12. Ya que soltó el hervor le bajamos a la flama y dejamos sazonado por 10 min.
  13. Pasados los 10 min le agregamos el pollo desmenuzado y lo mezclamos bien, que se bañe el pollo con la salsa.
  14. Ya que están bien integrados dejamos sazonandose por 15 min a fuego bajo y también dejamos que se seque un poco la salsa.
  15. Después de 15 min la tinga de pollo está lista, le apagamos y retiramos las hojitas de laurel.
  16. Y así de rica queda.
